After many years of experience as an agency producer and Head of Content Production, Laura moved to the brand side of the business in 2019. After joining Ford Motor Company, Laura has grown Ford’s first internal production team. She has established production processes both internally and across all of Ford’s advertising agencies. In doing so, Laura has focused not just on the work produced but how the work gets done. Beginning in 2019 and with increased fervor throughout 2020, Laura has researched, discussed, and pushed to move words into actions pertaining to how Ford can help change the advertising production and post production landscape.
