As Cinch’s Chief Customer Officer, Robert brings more than 20 years of digital experience, having held leadership roles at Yahoo, The Telegraph and Childs Farm. At Yahoo, Robert was Vice President of International Marketing and Editorial, leading marketing and content strategy in more than 20 countries. At The Telegraph, he was Chief Customer Officer with a remit encompassing marketing, brand management, subscriptions, design and UX, data and insight, and customer experience initiatives. Most recently he was CEO of Childs Farm, the UK’s leading children’s toiletries brand, where he led digital and e-commerce transformation.
